Established in 1998, London Lets Limited (L.L.L.) is a residential property management company whose principal business activities are:

Procurement (considering the size, location and types of units; furniture provision; gas and electrical safety checks; appropriate fire alarm and safety systems; etc.);

Letting : (booking-in and out of tenants including transportation services; supplying “other” items such as bedding, cutlery and crockery, televisions, and cots for Mother/Baby Units if required).

Management : (cleaning services; social services; language translation; and in some cases, bed and breakfast services).

Maintenance : (day-to-day responsive repairs; void works and package repairs).As aforementioned, we have partnered with various LA Housing Departments for periods ranging from three years (which have since been renewed) to “indefinite” agreements.
